In April 2021, we came down from a trip to the mountain with a fixed idea: we wanted to build a shelter for our gin. We found in the French oak barrel that perfect Bosque shelter and let it rest for six months, allowing time and wood to do their thing.
Today we are launching the first edition of this project: 586 375ml bottles of a unique gin, the beginning of a path that we are excited about and we plan to continue building.
