What is the Shipping Portal?

The Shipping Portal is a platform provided by Directoro where you can request and manage your business's international shipments. By being a Directoro member, you gain access to exclusive shipping discounts. Check out all our available plans .

How does the Shipping Portal work?

With Shipping portal, you can add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once completed, one of our agents will contact you to better manage your request and ensure everything is handled smoothly. Learn more about how it works in our Shipping Guide.

Can I track my shipments?

Yes you can easily track your shipments through the portal in real-time where you'll find the latest status of each shipment and receive notifications as they progress.

Can I modify or cancel a shipment?

Yes, you can modify your shipment through the Admin Panel as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. If you need to make changes or cancel a shipment, please ensure to do so before it's shipped to avoid any delays or additional fees.
